Lafferty Appears at Annual Food City Race Nights

CONCORD, NC – Twice each year in Thunder Valley, Food City coordinates one of the premier pre-race events on the NASCAR circuit; and that was no different last week at the celebration of 25 years of hosting the event.
On Wednesday evening at the Expo Center in Knoxville, TN, the party kicked off with Chris Lafferty being interviewed on stage by Dr. Jerry Punch along with other drivers and celebrities Trevor Bayne (2011 Daytona 500 Champion), John King (2012 Daytona truck race winner), Johanna Long, Sam Bass, and Pat Summitt.
The interviews were followed by an autograph session which also featured an appearance of the SUPERSEAL Construction Products Silverado that Lafferty will race later this month at Las Vegas Motor Speedway; as well as “Chris Lafferty’s Motorsports TV” sponsor Koma Unwind giving out free Koma and Lafferty merchandise available for purchase.
The party continued on Thursday evening on State Street in downtown Bristol, TN, where fans would have the opportunity to meet many of their favorite drivers like Lafferty in a three hour autograph session, as well as check out all of the various displays including showcars, simulators, and merchandise booths.
