Sam Bass and Chris Lafferty to host show on ESPN radio
Chris Lafferty Productions is pleased to announce that motorsportsartist Sam Bass and NASCAR driver Chris Lafferty have inked a deal with ESPN radio to host a new racing-themed talk show, aptly named "The Sam and Chris Show”.
The show will be prerecorded and will air each Saturday, beginning February 11, at 11:00 a.m. on ESPN Charlotte 730 AM. Listeners will also be able to tune in on the ESPN Charlotte website (www.espncharlotte.net).
"Sam has been a friend of mine for a long time, and it is very fitting for us to work together," Chris Lafferty said. Chris later added that he admires Sam for being a fixture in NASCAR as a storyteller of the sport’s most historical events through his artwork for over 36 years.
"I'm excited to do this show. Chris and I have a great working relationship and a lot of common interests; I think the listeners will hear that," Sam said.
The Sam and Chris show will bring a different perspective to the traditional radio talk show. Fun and energetic, listeners will get a unique insight from the drawing table to the driver’s seat. The hostsand their guests will cover hot racing topics with some classic rock talk thrown in as the two share a keen mutual interest in music across the board.
